The ACA and the District of Columbia

When I buy my individual or small group policy, including though the District of Columbia's health insurance marketplace, will applied behavior analysis (ABA), be covered?

Yes. Insurers that offer new coverage to individuals and small businesses are expected to cover ABA beginning in 2014. The District imposes no dollar caps on the amount of ABA that must be provided each year.
