SB.22 Heads to Gov. Markell Following Unanimous House Approval
DOVER (June 25, 2012) -- The Delaware House of Representatives approved the autism insurance reform bill, SB.22, by unanimous vote. The measure, which would require health plans to cover autism therapies, such as Applied Behavior Analysis up to the age of 21, heads to Governor Jack Markell. Delaware would become the 32nd state to enact autism reform legislation.
