Bill Raising Age Cap to 21 Voted Out of Senate, Heads to House

MONTPELIER (March 29, 2012) -- The Senate unanimously approved a bill, S.223, that would expand the state's 2010 autism insurance reform law to cover children above the age of 6 to age 21. The amended bill sets no annual cap on reimbursement for Applied Behavior Analysis. The bill moves next to the House.
